We are currently looking for:
FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Home based - Scotland
OTE £35,000
As a successful co-operative business we have just celebrated our 10th Anniversary. To underline our continuing growth we are seeking to expand our sales team into new territory through the recruitment of a Sales Executive based in Scotland.
Developing new sales opportunities and selling business telecoms and internet solutions to our expanding business customer base, your success will be measured by achievement of sales targets; but we never lose sight of our ethical approach to business and the desire to build sustainable relationships with our customers.
A background in either mobile, fixed line or internet services is desirable or alternatively, experience in a technology-based sales environment.
Salary is in the £22.5k to £28k range, with profit share, commission and generous pension.
CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISER
Chipping Norton
£15,600 (plus profit share, bonus, generous pension and benefits)
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Customer Support team in Chipping Norton, handling telephone, email and postal enquiries from existing and potential customers on all aspects of customer service.
§ A professional telephone manner, familiarity with Microsoft Office and a thorough approach are essential. To be successful in this role you will need strong interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with customers' queries, and the ability to work in a team. Full training (including NVQ) will be provided.
PROVISIONING ADMINISTRATOR (part time, 2-3 days a week)
Chipping Norton
£15,600 pro-rata (plus profit share, bonus, generous pension and benefits)
We require an enthusiastic person to process customer orders onto our systems and databases, activating their services onto our network and to generally provide administrative support to the team.
Full training will be provided however computer literacy, willingness to learn and a thorough approach are essential as well as a commitment to working as part of a team.
