As part of our Environmental Policy we're committed to reducing our paper usage.
Switch to paperless billing and we'll pay £5 on your behalf into a new sustainability fund to
finance green initiatives at The Phone Co-op.
You can switch to paperless billing in either of two ways:
Option 1 - email billing
Just fill in this email form
and we'll send you an electronic version of your bills by email, instead of through the post.
Option 2 - my.phone.coop online account management
To register for our new online system
fill in this email form and we'll send
you a User Name and Password.
When you log in to my.phone.coop you'll be able to:
- view all of your bills
- view call details, line rental or broadband charges
- view your account details
and on manage your phone usage by setting up alerts on:
- calls over a certain duration
- calls over a certain cost, or when calls reach a certain cost in a month
- calls outside certain hours of use
