Can I change tariff please?

Yes, go to the online ordering pages and choose a new tariff. You will need to know your customer account number.


How do I add or remove line rental features?

Simply complete this request form.


I would like to change the account name

Please call Customer Services on 08454589004. We will send you a form to complete to change the account name.


I would like to add another telephone number to my account.

Please contact Customer Services on 08454589000 or email enquiries@thephone.coop with the details.


Can you bar certain types of numbers being dialled from my line?

We can usually bar calls to premium rate numbers, mobiles and international numbers.


I am moving abroad and would like a final bill a.s.a.p.

You will receive your final bill during the month following the final call. Please ensure that we have a valid forwarding address or that you have made arrangements for the bill to be paid. We have a 30 day written notice period of cancellation for all services and a minimum contract period of 3 months for line rental.


I would like to re-route my 0845 number (or any non-geographic number)

Please advise us in writing by email or letter quoting your account number, 0845 number, existing destination number and the new one together with the date on which you would like it to be re-routed.
