Shared Houses

Living in a shared house or flat and want to split your bill according to the calls you each make?

We can provide you with a 'cost-code' billing service, free of charge. This allows you to allocate a two, three or four digit code required to make any outbound phone call.

The calls are then shown separately on your monthly bill. Cost code billing can also be useful if you are working from home and want to re-charge clients for certain calls.

You'll still receive a single bill, but calls will be listed first by the telephone number from which the calls were made and then sub-divided by the individual cost codes.


How to order cost-code billing

This service is not available with Anytime or Evening & Weekend Saver Packages

To register for the service you'll need to pay your bills by direct debit.

It will take around two weeks to switch you to this service.
