I would like to change the account name
Please call Customer Services on 0845 458 9000. We will send you a form to complete to change the account name.


I am moving abroad and would like a final bill a.s.a.p.
You will receive your final bill during the month following the final call. Please ensure that we have a valid forwarding address or that you have made arrangements for the bill to be paid.


I would like to close my account
Please request closure using this mailform.

Our terms and conditions stipulate that 30 days notice is required after the end of your initial contract period.

If you wish to end your services within the initial contract period then you will be charged for the remaining charges due in the initial contract period or £70; whichever is less.

Co-operative Bank ADSL customers have a minimum contract of 3 months and need to give 1 month's written notice.
