These pages are for anyone with a Phone Co-op broadband or unmetered internet access account.

If you use the Cooptel pay-as-you-go service, please see this page.

To manage your account visit http://accounts.phonecoop.coop (opens in a new browser window).

Enter your account username and password when prompted. If you have lost these details please contact contact technical support.


To add a new email address to your account -

  • Click the create button at the bottom of the page.

  • Confirm you wish to create a new mail box when prompted.

  • You will see a new line added with the line 'no alias set' click on the notepad icon to the left of this.

  • You will now be prompted for the mail alias details, enter the address you wish to set-up (Note this is just the start of the email address eg. Joe.Bloggs the email created will be Joe.Bloggs@phonecoop.coop

  • Make a note of the username and password for the new account.

  • You will now need to set-up the mail account on your machine.

It will take around 15 minutes for the new email account to be set-up.


To change passwords on your account -

  • Click on the notepad icon next to the service you wish to change the password of.

  • Click on Update.

  • Type in your new password where prompted and click submit.

  • You will now need to alter you password on your machine. If you need help with this please contact contact technical support

It will take around 15 minutes for the new password to take effect.
